Robert Skinner is the managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s New England offices and serves on the board of directors for the Rising Stars Program. In his role with Cushman & Wakefield, he oversees all business lines across Boston and Manchester, providing strategic direction for a multidisciplinary team serving investor and occupier clients throughout the region.

 

With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Skinner has led valuation and advisory operations nationwide, guiding teams responsible for billions of dollars in asset analysis across multifamily, office, life science and mixed-use sectors. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, client-centered approach to problem solving and growth.

 

Skinner holds MAI and MRICS designations and is an active member of the real estate community. He is committed to helping to cultivate the next generation of industry professionals.
