Bob Moretti is the director of sales operations and training at Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance and serves on the board of directors for the Rising Stars Program. Since joining Tremco in 2011, he has advanced through several leadership roles, including director of technical solutions, technical manager and architectural specialist, bringing nearly two decades of experience in roofing systems, technical sales and customer training.

 

As director of sales operations and training, Moretti leads initiatives that strengthen sales performance, enhance team capabilities and align technical expertise with customer needs across Tremco’s commercial roofing business. His leadership reflects a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration and operational excellence.

 

Moretti holds an MBA in organizational behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. He is active in industry organizations, serving on the NRCA ProCertification Committee and several Construction Specifications Institute boards and committees.
